Information regarding payment terms and conditions, delivery policies and returns policies

Payment Terms & Conditions

  • Our preferred method of payment is paypal, debit or credit card, but we also accept cash, cheque or postal order.
  • If you do not hold a paypal account and want to pay by credit/debit card this is also possible via the paypal shopping cart - just follow the link for payments by credit/debit card rather than signing into a paypal account.
  • Payments by cheque or postal order have to clear before goods are dispatched.  This normally takes 3-5 working days. 
  • If you wish to pay by cash, cheque or postal order please contact us before you make any purchase

 

Delivery

  • We aim to dispatch items within 5 working days of cleared payment.
  • Special order items will take longer so please allow a reasonable amount of time for delivery.  If we concider there to be an excessive wait for delivery we will notify the buyer. 
  • Most small items are sent by Royal Mail and some may require a signature, large or heavy items will be sent by a courier service.
  • Postage and packaging prices are quoted dependent on total amount of your final order.
  • We deliver free and in person locally to Warwick and Leamington Spa.
  • Alternativly you are welcome to pick items up from us at a mutually aranged date and time.

 

Returns

  • We do accept returns on all goods unless specified in the advert.
  • If you wish to return an item please contact us before you do so.
  • Your intent to return any item MUST be made in writing either by letter or email within 7 days of receipt.
  • You MUST wait for acknowledgement before returning any purchase.
  • We reserve the right to refuse any return made to us without written notification, or any return recieved after 7 days of your reciept unless we have acknowledged your intent to return.
  • Returns will only be accepted if item is still in original packaging, clean and unused - suitable for resale. 
  • Refunds will only be issued if item is returned in the original condition as to which it was recieved.
  • The buyer is to return items at their own expence and risk, so please obtain 'proof of posting' and keep hold of postage reciepts. (recorded and tracked delivery options are reccomended)
  • Please contact us if you need to return damaged or faulty goods, these will require inspection before any refund/exchange is made.


Refunds & Exchanges

  • Contact in writing (by email or letter) must be made and acknowledged before making any return. 
  • Refunds or Exchanges will only be made if item is returned in perfect condition with tags attached and in original packaging - as the item was sent to you.
  • No refunds or exchanges will be made for items that are used or damaged whilst in the pruchasers care.
  • Return of any goods is at the buyers expence and risk.
  • Postage costs for any exchange will have to covered by purchaser unless the original item was deemed faulty or damaged.

 

Postage to Non UK Mainland Addresses/Areas & Overseas  

  • We are happy to post to non UK address providing all postage costs are covered.
  • If you are an overseas buyer or from the UK Highlands and Islands please contact us for postage quotations before purchase.
