Masta channel quilted rug lining, cotton outer with extended neck and fleece lining.  Filled with 4oz/115g of fill, Designed as a lightweight stable rug (elasticated surcingle - not supplied - may be required to prevent slipping if being used alone) or best used as a rug lining.  Hook and Loop fastenings on the neck cover, single front strap fastening and rear 'D' rings.
